Meet Samantha

Samantha has over a decade of experience in Labour Law and has successfully won over 400 cases at the CCMA.

Samantha began her legal career at Siven Samuels and Associates where she represented clients at several Regional, Magistrate’s and High courts with Criminal, Civil and Divorce matters. She thereafter was employed at Lenasch Attorneys and represented consumers with reckless credit, debt reviews, rescission’s of judgments, administration orders, emoluments attachments.

She successfully represented the employer and employees at CCMA conciliations and arbitrations when she was employed at Moolla Attorneys Inc as a Senior Associate Attorney. Samantha opened her practice.
